Item Info
This device is mostly employed for computerized forming of flat masks.Following the entire roll of material is unrolled, it is driven by rollers,and the fabric is immediately folded and wrapped.Nose bridge rolls unrolled by traction.Minimize and import into the hemmed fabric,both sides are welded to seal by ultrasonic welding,and then by way of the ultrasonic facet seal.It is cut and formed by a cutter transported to the two mask ear band welding stations by way of an assembly line.The last mask is formed by ultrasonic welding. Soon after the mask is produced, it is transported to flat belt line and collected.
